When we assembled the Mercato team, we searched for industry leading organizations and individuals with a proven record of accomplishing similar projects. We are proud to say we succeeded.
Leading the design and building aspects of Mercato will be Baldauf Catton Von Eckartsberg, BVC, the Architectural and Design firm from the San Francisco Bay Area. They most recently completed the large historical restoration of the “Ferry Building” on the San Francisco waterfront. BCV Architects have been integrally involved in the re-conceptualization and integration of large ‘sites’ within the existing urban fabric of downtown areas across the west. They will work with one of Bend’s finest established architectural firms, the architect of record, Barber Barrett Turner, BBT. BBT will bring considerable design expertise of their own as well as the knowledge and experience of building locally.
